At Woodlandrise's Grooming Room Ltd, we’re dedicated to the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of both you and your pet. Our goal is to provide exceptional grooming services - from basic nail clipping, to specialised de-shedding. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your grooming service (including de-shedding, nail clipping, or our Puppy Package), please speak with us before leaving or contact us within 12 hours of your appointment.

Service Not Rendered: If your appointment was canceled or not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer a full refund or rescheduling.

Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid bookings are eligible for refunds if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

De-shedding & Nail Clipping

De-shedding: We aim to remove as much loose undercoat as possible, but please note that some shedding may still occur post-grooming. Refunds are only considered if the de-shedding service was not provided as agreed, not based on natural post-grooming shedding.

Nail Clipping: If a pet is too anxious or aggressive to safely perform nail clipping, our team may stop the service for your pet’s safety. In such cases, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Puppy Package Deal
Our Puppy Package is designed to gently introduce young dogs to grooming in a calm, positive environment. It includes a bath, light trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and plenty of affection!
Refunds for the Puppy Package may be considered if:

The full package was not completed due to a behavioral or health concern, in which case a partial refund may be issued.

The package was prepaid but canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

You are dissatisfied with the service and notify us within 12 hours of the appointment.
Please note: Because this package is specially priced and designed as an introductory experience, refunds are not guaranteed for behavioural issues or typical puppy anxiety, unless a safety issue prevented the service from being completed.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice)

Services completed where no concerns were raised within 12 hours

Grooming sessions interrupted due to uncooperative or aggressive behaviour, unless deemed unsafe by our groomers

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
