• Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of half of the scheduled service charge.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that show aggressive behavior or pose a safety risk.
3. Pricing and Payments
• Prices for our services are listed on our website and may change at any time without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or card.
• Additional charges will be applied for excessive matting, fleas/ticks, or special handling needs.
4. Pet Health and Safety
• Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns before the appointment.
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or health issues that arise during or after grooming.
• If a pet requires emergency medical attention, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If unavailable, we may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
• While we take great care in handling pets, we are not responsible for accidental injuries, stress-related reactions, or unforeseen medical conditions that arise after grooming.
• The owner assumes all risks related to grooming services and releases Woodlandrise's Grooming Room Ltd from any liability.

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
• Unauthorized use of our content, images, or trademarks is prohibited.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, or third-party links.
